Payment terms are set out in each engagement letter. We accept payment by bank transfer. Fees for services partially rendered are not refundable where work has already been carried out.

Website enquiries or initial consultations do not create a fee obligation unless a formal engagement is agreed in writing.

7. Legal Services Terms

The provision of legal services is governed by the Legal Profession Act 1976 (Malaysia) and the professional rules of the Malaysian Bar. Our obligations and your rights as a client are governed by our engagement letter and applicable professional conduct rules.

Fees for work carried out up to the date of termination remain payable. Sections relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from this website or our services will first be referred to informal resolution. If that is unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Complaints about our professional conduct may also be referred to the Malaysian Bar.
